This will be Macron's second season as Oxford United's kit provider.
The shirt sponsors remain unchanged from the previous season. There are currently no back-of-shorts or sleeve sponsors.
The yellow gambling sleeve patch has been removed, allowing clubs to seek sleeve sponsorship.

The home shirt features a thicker pinstripe than seen previously, which is a welcome variation. Pleasingly, the pinstripes do not feature on the back, thus avoiding a clash with the player's name and number.
Although the three outfield kits are unique, they all feature common features. Once again, the 1893 club formation date features below the rear collar necklines. All shorts across the outfield range feature a triangle-shaped hip flash, which mirrors the shape of the Macron logo. The socks all have Oxford United embroidered into the calf.
With a red/black away kit and a sky-blue third kit, I doubt there will be any mixing of kits this season.

The away kit is a new interpretation of the popular AC Milan inspired away kits worn in 1994-96 and 2015.
The club crest looks very smart in monochrome.
Like the home shirt, the rear panel is plain red, avoiding a clash with the player's name and number. The rear sponsor is positioned below the player numbers on this shirt.

The current trend for retro-inspired kits continues with this sky-blue third kit, which is reminiscent of away kits worn by Oxford in 1986 and 2010.
The wavy pattern in the shirt fabric is a nod to the river Thames (Isis), which is depicted on the city's coat of arms and also featured on the club crest from 1996-2015.
I had high hopes Oxford would be provided with the same Macron template as many other pro clubs have for this season. Sadly, the most basic, entry-level kit was chosen, a real disappointment.
The goalkeepers will no doubt wear base layers, as these shirts are short-sleeved.
In a break from previous seasons, the club will wear Poppy Shirts for two fixtures. Versus Wycombe, the closest home fixture to the comemorations, and then away at Leyton Orient for the remembrance weekend.
The poppy saw a slight variation to previous versions, with the 2023 date and a white border.
