This was Macron's second season as Oxford United's kit provider.
The shirt sponsors remained unchanged from the previous season. The club did not secure back-of-shorts sponsorship.
The EFL adopted the same approach to the FA, requiring a single EFL patch on the right sleeve, thus allowing clubs to seek sponsorship on the left sleeve. However, Oxford United did not find a regular sponsor.

The home shirt featured a bolder pinstripe than seen previously, which was a welcome variation. Pleasingly, the pinstripe did not feature on the back, thus avoiding a clash with the player's name and number.
All three outfield kits featured common elements. The 1893 club formation date featured below the rear collar necklines. All shorts across the range featured a triangle-shaped hip flash, which mirrored the shape of the Macron logo. The socks all had Oxford United embroidered into the calf.

The away kit was a new interpretation of the popular AC Milan inspired away kits worn in 1994-96 and 2015.
The club crest looked very smart in monochrome.
Like the home shirt, the rear panel was plain red, avoiding a clash with the player's name and number. However, the rear sponsor is positioned below the player numbers on this shirt.

The trend for retro-inspired kits continued with this sky-blue third kit, which was reminiscent of away kits worn by Oxford United in 1986 and 2010.
The wavy pattern in the shirt fabric was a nod to the river Thames (Isis), which is depicted on the city's coat of arms and also featured on the club crest from 1996-2015.
Sadly, a basic entry-level kit was chosen for the keepers. This was a shame, as other Macron supplied clubs had far more interesting kits.
Base layers were worn, as these shirts were short-sleeved.
The club wore poppy shirts for two fixtures. The closest home league fixture to the commemorations, and then away for the remembrance weekend fixture.
The poppy saw a slight variation, with the 2023 date added, plus a return to a white border.
FA Cup sleeve patches were worn for these fixtures.
The final home league game was chosen to be televised by Sky Sports. IVY PASS, a new 'fan engagement platform' featured as the clubs first sleeve sponsor of the season.
