This is Macron's third season as Oxford United's kit provider.
Baxi, one of the UK's leading manufacturers of heating and hot water solutions has become the main shirt sponsor, reportedly signing a three-year deal.
Polythene UK continue as the 'back-of-shirt' sponsor. Whilst Caprinos Pizza, a national franchise chain which started out in Didcot are the clubs new sleeve sponsor.
Rocktree Logistics has become the back-of-shorts sponsor. Their brand appears from match six onwards.
The EFL number and name sets remain largely unchanged for the 2024/25 season.

Macron have produced an all-yellow shirt with the only navy trim being the Macron motifs.
The shirt features a subtle diagonal geometric pattern in various shades. Once again, the 1893 formation year features on the rear neckline of the home, away and third shirts.
The home socks have a lighter coloured turnover, which helps to match them with the lighter shades in the shirt.

An 'off-white' away shirt features a subtle embossed stripe effect and navy trim.
Personally, I feel the kit lacks elements of yellow trim, which would provide a more bespoke 'Oxford' look. Perhaps the yellow crest would have helped here too.
The v-neck collar is reminiscent of the shirts worn in 1974.
It is an unusual choice to opt for navy socks, with a style that reminds me of traditional England Rugby socks.

The purple third kit includes a deep-cut, narrow round-neck with yellow contrasting trim.
The front panel includes a subtle triangular pattern, not too dissimilar to an iconic sky-blue Umbro England shirt from early 1990s.
The 2024 keeper kits feature Macrons 'Golem' template, these are not goalkeeper shirts and therefore have short sleeves. The goalkeepers will almost certainly wear base layers.
Oxford City FC have the same green kit as their away colours.
The third kit is also being used as a goalkeeper kit.
For the first time in five years, league cup fixtures featured shirts adorned with Carabao Cup sleeve patches. Previously, these patches were only seen in the fourth round and beyond, so it was a surprise to see these feature from Round 1.
The new patches also had a distinctive 3D embossed effect, similar to that used on all other competition patches.
The club wore poppy shirts for the fixtures leading up to the remembrance weekend. Unlike the previous season, these poppies did not feature the current year.

The new kits were not ready for the start of the pre-season matches. A mix of temporary and old kits were worn for the first 5 pre-season fixtures.
Whilst in Spain, Oxford played their first pre-season friendly against Academico de Viseu, a Portuguese second division team.
The team wore the 2023 'electric blue' third kit, whilst the keepers wore unsponsored versions of the lime green kit that had featured during the 2022 season.
A Macron 'Shedir' jersey, similar to the 2023 training tops were worn for the games against Oxford City and Mansfield Town.
These differed to the old training tops, as the waist flashes were white instead of yellow. The shirts were paired with the clubs new training shorts, which matched nicely.
For one game against Solihull Moors, we saw a revival of a strip which had featured once during the 2022 pre-season.
This kit featured Macrons' 'Tureis' shirt, which was paired with navy shorts and white trim.
Yet another pre-season strip was worn for a 'behind closed doors' game against Exeter City.
A yellow 'Halley' shirt was picked from Macrons' catalogue. It wasn't a great look, with the shirt having mismatched royal blue trim.
This was the third variation of navy shorts seen in as many games.
The new home kit was revealed in time for the two home friendlies against Southampton and Palermo. However, even at this late stage, no primary sponsor had been announced.
